Hey, did I tell you about the time I took Russell's new zero turn riding mower for a spin? I ended up mowing the whole front yard while he and Alexandra sat on the front porch and watched. For weeks I listened to all his buddies grunt and moan over how great is was, and finally, after much persuasion, I decided to try it out. I even put on his big ol' 80's style radio headphones. All I can say is . . . I "get it" now! Feel free to stop by anytime to take it for a ride.

Greg--I'm a new reader to your blog. Salyards sent me the TEPSA links from last year and I got sucked in! Six years ago when we bought our house, my husband was thrilled about mowing our third of an acre (all uphill--front yard and back yard). It was good therapy for the end of a hard day's work. Now, about 600 mows later...he, too, dreams of a riding lawn mower. We talk about it all the time! I think it will be a next summer purchase...so feel free to come borrow it. :c)

Ya know, the day I stopped mowing was the day Pooky walked out into our backyard on Whitley Rd. in Watauga and I was mowing in random circles... That method works too. You mow randomly. People who are structured don't appreciate it. You are not asked to mow again! That also works with house cleaning... Forget what you are doing and they will do it for you!
